Job description
We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and organizational skills to support the daily operations of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Use and monitor the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory movements.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly recorded.
Provide inventory data and reports to management.
Work with the transportation team to ensure on-time deliveries and shipments.
Manage transportation schedules for better warehouse efficiency.
Handle any issues or delays related to transport.
Customer Support
Support regular stock counts and inventory accuracy checks.
Report any inventory differences or issues.
Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstock.
Follow safety standards for machine use.
Requirements:
Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree (required).
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Good organization and time management skills.
Strong communication skills and teamwork.
Problem-solving skills under pressure.
Knowledge of warehouse health and safety regulations.
Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn about warehouse equipment.
