Job description
We are seeking a customer-oriented and bilingual Spanish-Speaking Support Agent to join our support team in.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced forex environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat on forex trading, accounts, and transactions.
Resolve inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a smooth trading experience.
Troubleshoot account, transaction, platform, and execution issues.
Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Liaise with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Assist with product info, platform usage, account management, deposits, and withdrawals.
Follow internal policies and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
Identify ways to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with management.
Meet performance KPIs (response time, resolution rate, satisfaction scores).
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English (written & spoken).
Experience in customer support, ideally in forex or financial services.
Strong communication skills; ability to explain forex concepts clearly.
Critical thinking and problem-solving, especially with financial matters.
Ability to handle multiple queries in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with support tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed.
Additional Qualifications:
Background in forex, trading platforms, or financial markets.
Additional languages are a plus.
Understanding of forex operations, market orders, and trading strategies.
Experience in SaaS or tech support within financial services.
