We are seeking a customer-oriented and bilingual Spanish-Speaking Support Agent to join our support team in.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced forex environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat on forex trading, accounts, and transactions.

  • Resolve inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a smooth trading experience.

  • Troubleshoot account, transaction, platform, and execution issues.

  • Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Liaise with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

  • Assist with product info, platform usage, account management, deposits, and withdrawals.

  • Follow internal policies and industry regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Identify ways to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with management.

  • Meet performance KPIs (response time, resolution rate, satisfaction scores).

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written & spoken).

  • Experience in customer support, ideally in forex or financial services.

  • Strong communication skills; ability to explain forex concepts clearly.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving, especially with financial matters.

  • Ability to handle multiple queries in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with support tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms.

  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Background in forex, trading platforms, or financial markets.

  • Additional languages are a plus.

  • Understanding of forex operations, market orders, and trading strategies.

  • Experience in SaaS or tech support within financial services.
