Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle for our fintech products and initiatives. 

The candidate will oversee product strategy, development, launch, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of financial technology, trading platforms, and a proven track record in managing complex product portfolios. 

They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our fintech products meet market demands, align with the company’s strategic goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company’s business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, planning, design, development, UAT, to product launch, ensuring timely delivery and market fit.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and risks in the fintech landscape.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, and compliance, to gather input, prioritize features, and ensure team alignment.
• Define and prioritize product features, create detailed product requirements, and work with the development team to execute the product roadmap.
• Advocate for the customer throughout the product development, ensuring that products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Use data analytics tools to assess performance and optimize products. Lead A/B testing and other initiatives to continuously improve conversion rates, user engagement, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Ensure all products meet relevant regulatory requirements and work closely with legal and compliance teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and ensure successful product launches.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior product managers and other team members, helping to build a high-performing product team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Proven experience managing full product lifecycles from concept to launch.
• A deep understanding of financial products (CFDs, Forex, Futures, Crypto, etc.) and experience with trading platforms is highly preferred.

• Strong project management skills focused on delivering on time and within scope.
• Proficiency in product management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Expertise in A/B testing, UI/UX principles, and data-driven product management.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product development.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
