Job description

We are seeking a Sales Executive to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to establish a strong presence of our group.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Actively seek out and identify new customers, expanding the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular interactions and exceptional customer service. Establish and nurture positive relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain and negotiate favorable terms.

Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.

Utilize sales techniques and strategies to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with other team members to share market insights, sales strategies, and best practices.

Prepare regular sales reports and updates, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Job requirements

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative,

Account Manager, or in a similar role in the shipping industry.

Bachelor’s degree/College diploma in Business Administration,

Marketing, Sales or a related field.

Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel as required.
