Job description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a professional and motivated Sales & Customer Care Executive who will take full ownership of the client journey — from initial lead contact through onboarding and project delivery. This role combines sales, relationship management, and customer care, ensuring an excellent experience for clients at every stage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and qualify incoming leads

  • Contact potential clients and present company services

  • Convert leads into active clients

  • Handle client onboarding and setup

  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Provide ongoing customer support and follow-ups

  • Ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues

Job requirements

  • Fluency in English and Greek (spoken and written)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with sales awareness

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Previous experience in sales, customer care, or account management is an advantage
