Job description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a professional and motivated Sales & Customer Care Executive who will take full ownership of the client journey — from initial lead contact through onboarding and project delivery. This role combines sales, relationship management, and customer care, ensuring an excellent experience for clients at every stage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and qualify incoming leads
Contact potential clients and present company services
Convert leads into active clients
Handle client onboarding and setup
Act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Provide ongoing customer support and follow-ups
Ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues

Fluency in English and Greek (spoken and written)
