Job description

We are seeking to recruit a professional and friendly Receptionist to join The Icon, Limassol for permanent employment.

For a high-rise residential building located in the heart of Limassol.

The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming residents and guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience.

Additionally, the Receptionist will provide remote support for Sunset Gardens and serve as the liaison between guests and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be part of the Front Desk team and perform on-going front desk duties.

  • Greet and Welcome guests/tenants as they arrive.

  • Act as the point of reference for tenants/owners who need assistance or information.

  • Making and confirming reservations for guests either in person, via the telephone or online.

  • Ensuring proper room allocation, verifying credit card details and processing payments.

  • Provide an optimal level of service and hospitality for the guests.

  • Deliver apartment keys and guide guests to their rooms.

  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance and property administration teams to resolve guest issues or complaints.

  • Notify housekeeping when rooms are vacant and ready for cleaning.

  • Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by the management.

  • Respond to guests’ needs and requests and resolve. issues/complaints/problems in a quick, efficient manner.

  • Having a clear understanding of the Rental Scheme and which apartments are involved.

  • Work closely with STAYS team and more specifically with the Reservation Team and handle reservation requests, special events, etc.

Skills & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or a relevant qualification in Office Administration or Hospitality Management.

  • Up to 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality roles.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software.

  • Experience with booking and payment systems (Visa) is a plus.

  • Previous experience in front office roles is an advantage.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities in both Greek and English.

  • Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week.

    • Shifts: Five shifts per week, 8am to 5pm (including a 1-hour break).
