Job description

We are looking for a friendly, motivated Receptionist to become part of our dynamic Front Desk team, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating unforgettable experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

•Greet and welcome guests/tenants as they arrive.

•Handle phone inquiries, make reservations, and manage messages and mail.

•Provide detailed information on apartment rates, services, and amenities.

•Check-in guests and assign them to their designated apartments.

•Deliver apartment keys and guide guests to their rooms.

•Handle guest and owner messages and package deliveries.

•Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues or complaints.

•Notify housekeeping when rooms are vacant and ready for cleaning.

•Be the go-to person for tenants or owners needing assistance or information.

•Address complaints and ensure appropriate resolutions are found.

•Provide remote customer support when needed.

•Assist with general Property Management administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience:

•High School Diploma or a relevant qualification in Office Administration or Hospitality Management.

•Up to 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality roles.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software.

•Experience with booking and payment systems (Visa) is a plus.

•Previous experience in a front office role is an advantage.

•Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities in both Greek and English.

•Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

•Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

•Responsible, dependable, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday with two days off per week.

8-hour shifts between 8 AM – 9 PM, including a 1-hour break.
