Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team! If you're results-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to succeed, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both current and potential clients.
Maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients and real estate associates.
Prepare and review essential documents such as reservation agreements, contracts of sale, and association agreements.
Lead the closing process for property deals, ensuring timely signatures and payments.
Regularly update the CRM with client proposals, property viewings, and follow-up activities.
Present, promote, and sell the developer's properties to clients in Cyprus and internationally.
Proactively grow your professional network to generate new business.
Qualifications and Requirements
Professional qualifications in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field (mandatory or a plus).
Minimum of three years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
