Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both current and potential clients.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients and real estate associates.

  • Prepare and review essential documents such as reservation agreements, contracts of sale, and association agreements.

  • Lead the closing process for property deals, ensuring timely signatures and payments.

  • Regularly update the CRM with client proposals, property viewings, and follow-up activities.

  • Present, promote, and sell the developer's properties to clients in Cyprus and internationally.

  • Proactively grow your professional network to generate new business.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Professional qualifications in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field (mandatory or a plus).

  • Minimum of three years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian (additional languages are a plus).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
