Project Manager

Our Technical Department is expanding, and we are looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead our newest mixed-use project with both residential and commercial spaces in Limassol. The Project Manager will oversee the entire field construction management process, ensuring the project aligns with its goals, standards and regulatory requirements. This involves managing key aspects such as safety, cost control, scheduling, quality and coordination among the team members and external partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Monitoring: Project scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

2. Risk & Contract Management: Maintaining a risk register, managing contracts (timelines, payments, completion), and overseeing project variation approvals.

3. Construction Oversight & Quality Assurance: Coordinating contractors and consultants, conducting site inspections for progress and quality, and issuing progress reports.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Leading teams to optimize quality, safety, cost, and schedules while collaborating with stakeholders.

5. Design Management: Reviewing and approving designs, managing technical designs, obtaining client approvals at critical stages, and implementing installation optimizations.

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.

• BSc in Engineering, Building Science or any other field is essential.

• Excellent knowledge and use of Greek and English language.

• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite/Autocad/Microsoft Project.
