Product Owner

We are seeking for a Product Owner/Manager to strengthen an amazing team. In this role you will focus on driving our digital initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and applying UX design in the context of the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the enhancement of operational efficiency across digital platforms, including administrative, website, and customer-facing tools.
• Implement UX design principles to improve user interaction and satisfaction on digital channels.
• Collect and analyze user feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Develop comprehensive specifications for new features.
• Strategically define and prioritize the product roadmap in line with business, customer, and real estate market needs.
• Facilitate coordination with cross-functional teams for streamlined product releases.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the product development process.
• Partner with technical teams to address complex challenges and improve user experience.
• Establish quality assurance processes and define metrics for monitoring tool effectiveness.

• Technical background
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Experience as a Product Owner/Manager or in a similar capacity within an ecommerce business
• Project management experience
• Google analytics knowledge is a must
• Strong time management skills to support multiple products and assignments
• Track record of creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new products
• Ability to elicit, evaluate, and frame user problems to inform the design of elegant solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
