Job description

We’re seeking for an experienced Portfolio Manager on behalf of our client a property management company based in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities:

   •    Conduct in-depth analysis of equities, bonds, ETFs, and other financial instruments.

   •    Monitor and evaluate global market trends, economic indicators, and company performance.

   •    Develop detailed financial models, valuation frameworks, and forecasts.

   •    Prepare equity research reports, investment recommendations, and risk assessments.

   •    Collaborate with portfolio managers or clients to design investment strategies.

   •    Keep up-to-date with market news, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities.

   •    Use financial tools and platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, FactSet) to gather and analyse data.

   •    Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders or decision-makers

Job requirements

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related fields.

•    CFA, CPA, or similar professional certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

•    Entry-Level: 1-3 years in equity research, financial analysis, or a related role.

•    Mid-Level/Senior: 5+ years of experience in investment research, portfolio management, or trading.

•    Proficiency in financial modelling, DCF, and other valuation methods.

•    Strong understanding of equity markets, bonds, derivatives, and other financial instruments.

•    Advanced knowledge of tools like Excel, Bloomberg, or financial databases.

Optional Requirements

   •    Knowledge of specific sectors (e.g., technology, healthcare, energy).

   •    Familiarity with ESG investing principles or sustainable finance.

   •    Experience in algorithmic trading or quantitative analysis.
