Key Duties and Responsibilities

A. Planning

  • Organizes and executes an effective schedule of visits based on the geographical location of customers. Visits may be open or pre-arranged.

  • Utilizes the reporting tools provided by the company (Electronic Doctor/Pharmacist Report, Customer Database) to maximize the efficiency of visits and achieve the strategic and financial goals of the assigned territory. Must electronically record all visits in the company’s logistics software, ensuring complete and timely data entry.

  • Participates in regular sales meetings and scientific training sessions organized by the company.

  • Updates management on market developments, especially regarding competitor activities.

B. Sales

  • Maintains professional and positive relationships with existing clients, effectively promoting product sales.

  • Identifies new clients, assesses their needs and preferences, and proposes solutions that meet their requirements and build trust in the company.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction, including proper handling of complaints and concerns.

  • During client presentations, uses digital and printed materials, along with product samples, to generate interest and influence among users or healthcare professionals.

  • Carries out coordinated actions for the promotion, advertisement, and sale of products in pharmacies, aligned with marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

  • Collects customer orders and submits them electronically to the central office.

  • Agrees on terms of cooperation and payment with clients and ensures post-sale satisfaction.

  • Ensures timely and accurate collection of payments in accordance with agreed terms.

C. Scientific Training

  • Studies all company scientific manuals and ensures thorough knowledge of product properties and uses.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

·University or college graduate in Marketing or a scientific field.

·Excellent knowledge of Greek and very good command of English.

·Holder of a manual driving license for at least 5 years.
