Operation Manager

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our import and distribution company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, supply chain processes, and team performance to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations related to imports, warehousing, and distribution

• Coordinate with suppliers, customs agents, and transport partners

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management

• Manage and lead warehouse and logistics staff

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to align supply with demand

• Manage relationships with external service providers

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in operations management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong communication skills in Greek and English
