Operation Manager

We are seeking a professional Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and efficient manner.

• Guide, train, and supervise technical and administrative staff.

• Improve systems, processes, and best practices in business management.

• Plan inventory and oversee warehouse performance.

• Collaborate with the Health and Safety Officer to ensure organizational procedures comply with legislation.

• Develop strategic and operational goals.

• Conduct quality checks and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of production.

• Identify ways to enhance the quality of customer service.

• Proven previous experience in a similar position.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Leadership abilities.

• Team spirit.

• Organizational skills.

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
