We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our security systems company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring smooth operations, and driving operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on time..
  • Foster a positive work environment and ensure clear communication within the team.
  • Set performance goals, track progress, and provide coaching and support to the team.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Customer Support, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management, ideally in the security systems or technology industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Knowledge of security systems or related products is a plus.
