Operation Manager

On behalf of our client we're looking for Operation Manager for property management company based in Limassol.

In this role, your primary focus will be the implementation, adaptation, and continuous improvement of our business systems and processes. In close collaboration with the COO, you will be responsible for getting our new properties at a ready-to-move-in stage in a timely fashion, and ensuring smooth operation across the team.

Responsibilities:

• Complete company's operational setup and maintenance coordination
• Implement design initiatives in collaboration with the design team.
• Oversee new flat photoshoots and ensure that spaces appear flawless.
• Reduce operating expenses and continuously improve procedures
• Liaise, manage and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and external business partners.
• Manage the city's inventory of furniture, supplies, and linens.
• Managing safety stocks, and reporting furniture issues to the Design and Supply Chain team.
• Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of guest experience.
• Timely data collection and updating of operational metrics to achieve productivity goals, reduce cost per unit and eliminate errors.
• Manage the team of Operations associates (who will assist in the setup of the apartments) by leading their onboarding process and providing continuous feedback

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience preferably in the area of business operations or services
• Bachelor's degree
• Results-oriented go-getter; great at multitasking and managing competing priorities
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Solid project management experience while working under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert in Google Suite and MS Office
• Experience with inventory management systems [advantage]
• Team and people management experience [advantage]
