Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trading Platform Administrator – Dealing Desk Support to join our trading operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning and ongoing support of our trading platforms, working closely with the dealing desk to ensure accurate trade execution, platform stability, and timely resolution of any technical or operational issues to add to our dynamic Exclusive team.

 

TPA Responsibilities / Duties

·       Ensure the continuous operation and monitoring of the company’s trading servers and systems.

·       Set up and maintain new and existing financial instruments on trading platforms.

·       Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support for trading-related systems.

·       Collaborate with the Risk team to resolve trading platform and system-related issues.

·       Implement best practices for trading infrastructure in terms of structure, security, redundancy, and failover.

·       Liaise closely with the IT department on all relevant technical matters.

·       Perform general MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) configurations.

·       Manage and configure liquidity bridges and aggregation tools, including OneZero, PrimeXM, Tools4Brokers (T4B), and FXCubic.

·       Maintain and improve existing platform procedures, configurations, symbol settings, groups, and gateway integrations.

·       Integrate, test, and provide support for MetaQuotes native tools, in-house solutions, and third-party software/plugins.

·       Provide cross-departmental technical support and ensure timely response to service tickets and inquiries.

·       Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing working environment.

 

Responsibilities – Dealing Desk Support

·       Monitor client trades and ensure proper execution in real-time with minimal slippage and delays.

·       Support pricing and trade execution across platforms and handle order routing issues as needed.

·       Investigate and resolve trade disputes, rejections, or unusual activity with clients and liquidity providers.

·       Monitor and manage exposure and P&L reports in coordination with the Risk team.

·       Perform trade reconciliations between platforms, LPs, and back-office systems.

·       Collaborate with the dealing team on new instrument onboarding, symbol settings, and trading conditions.

·       Assist in maintaining optimal trading conditions by adjusting spreads, markups, and risk parameters when required.

·       Escalate and document trading platform incidents or irregularities and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.

·       Provide input on improvements to the dealing operations workflow and trading system reliability.

 

 

Work Experience / Knowledge

  • Minimum 6-10 months of relevant work experience required.

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and oral

  • Experience with trading platforms, especially with MT4/MT5 admins

  • Experience with any of OZ Hub, XCore, T4B, FXCubic will be considered an advantage

  • Knowledge in SQL queries will be considered an advantage

  • Good understanding of the Forex market

  • 1st Week (Morning Shift):
    08:00 a.m. – 04:00 p.m. or 09:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.

  • 2nd Week (Evening Shift):
    04:00 p.m. – 00:00 or 04:30 p.m. – 00:30 a.m. (next day)

  • 3rd Week (Night Shift):
    00:00 a.m. – 08:00 a.m.

  • 4th Week:
    3 days off after completing a full week of night shifts (provided by the company), followed by 2 supplementary shifts (Morning or Evening, as assigned). 

 

Education

  • BSc/MSc in Information Technology, or any other relevant field

  • CySEC Advanced Diploma will be considered an advantage
