Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analysis of existing market trends to support the design and development of new products and services for the Group.

  • Continuous updates on existing and evolving legislative and regulatory frameworks in the energy sector, as well as on government grant schemes.

  • Identification and communication with suppliers to discover new products and services.

  • Investigation of new and emerging technologies in the energy sector.

  • Ensuring that all new products and services comply with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and adhere to necessary quality and safety standards.

  • Carrying out financial and technical analysis of projects/products/services in the energy sector (e.g., sizing, feasibility study, cost-benefit analysis).

  • Contributing to the preparation of tenders (specifications, costing, studies).

  • Designing and developing tools and methodologies to enhance the efficiency of the Group's departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

  • Previous experience in the energy sector will be considered an additional qualification.

  • Knowledge of Python and/or VBA programming languages will be considered an additional qualification.

  • Ability to analyze and visualize data.

  • Creative and insightful thinking.

  • Organizational skills and communication abilities.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent command of both Greek and English.
