Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, helping to streamline processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to start and grow their career in Human Resources.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Help onboard new employees by coordinating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in HR systems.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist with organizing employee engagement events and activities.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 year of experience in HR or an administrative role (internship experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
