IT Support & Consulting

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Support & Consulting is responsible for designing specification, implementing, and maintaining IT systems, managing system administration, and ensuring security and access control. This role oversees API integrations, coordinates IT projects, and provides after hours on-call support.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems to meet business requirements.

• Administer servers, networks, and applications to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinate Installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware and software systems.

• Manage user access, security protocols, and access control mechanisms.

• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for registration systems and other critical applications.

• Develop and maintain APIs for integration between systems.

• Coordinate IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize IT solutions.

• Provide 24/7 on-call support for urgent system issues and incidents.

• Support SAP Business One implementation and management.

Working Hours: Full-Time (Weekdays 08:00am till 17:00pm)
