Job description

The main purpose of the role is the installation and the offer of after sales service and maintenance of the security systems. The Installation & Service Technician reports to the After Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

1.Installs security systems, according to the project plans and instructions

2.Completes all the necessary and related electronic and/or manual reports

3.Implements periodic maintenance of security systems, according to the company’s plan

4. Repairs security systems, according to the instructions of the back office.

5.Reports arising problems with work and implements corrective and preventive actions decided.

6.Maintains tools and equipment in a good working condition, taking all necessary measures for their protection.

7.  Responsible on completion of work to receive payment according to the contract

8.Make site visits for new prospects and site inspections on on-going projects and update the related job card, where needed

9.Implements health and safety measures for avoidance of accidents and damages

10. Provides suggestions to the company’s management on possible health and safety risks identified and implements corrective actions decided.  

11.Makes recommendations to the Managing Director for the improvement of work methods, productivity and quality

12.Executes any other responsibilities assigned by Management and/ or which are specified in the company’s documentation

Job requirements

· Driving License

· Previous experience in a similar role will consider as an advantage

Working Hours:

·08:00-13:00 – 13:30-16:30 Monday to Friday, may include overtime/weekends as part of the job
