About the Role
As a Human Resource Administrator, you will report directly to the Director and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department. You'll be involved in the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to maintaining accurate personnel records and supporting internal HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the daily operations of the Human Resources department
Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes
Communicate with external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies, training providers)
Participate in the implementation of internal policies and procedures
Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives
Assist in organizing internal trainings and staff development activities including HRDA procedures
What You Bring
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluency in Greek and English
Good command of MS Office
No prior work experience is required – however, 1–2 years of relevant experience will be considered an advantage
