Job description

We are looking on behalf of our client for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the HR strategy, driving organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee performance.

  • Oversee compensation and benefits to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.

  • Partner with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures professionally and fairly.

  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and insights for management decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with HR systems and tools (e.g., HRMS platforms such as OrangeHRM or similar).

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
