Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the Human Resources department in a broad range of HR functions. This role will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, maintaining the HR Information System (HRIS), coordinating employee engagement events, facilitating onboarding, and supporting administrative HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Maintain a candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
Generate HR reports as needed for internal analysis and audits.
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions.
Ensure smooth onboarding experience by preparing necessary documentation, equipment, and welcome kits.
Act as the point of contact for new employees during the onboarding period.
Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and corporate events.
Handle HR documentation such as employment letters, contracts, and policy updates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office
