Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the Human Resources department in a broad range of HR functions. This role will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, maintaining the HR Information System (HRIS), coordinating employee engagement events, facilitating onboarding, and supporting administrative HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Maintain a candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.

  • Generate HR reports as needed for internal analysis and audits.

  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience by preparing necessary documentation, equipment, and welcome kits.

  • Act as the point of contact for new employees during the onboarding period.

  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and corporate events.

  • Handle HR documentation such as employment letters, contracts, and policy updates.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and recruitment tools.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office
