Head of Risk

Reporting to the Group’s CFO, the Head of Risk Management will oversee our risk management operations, ensuring the integrity of trading practices and the optimization of results. The role requires a proactive approach to monitor market exposure, identify high-risk trades, and manage the overall market and execution risks.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor trading activities and market exposure to mitigate risks.
-Oversee dealing room tasks and ensure accurate trade executions.
- Lead the introduction of new tradable products and services.
- Manage account leverages in line with company risk appetite and regulations.
- Daily monitor trades for swaps abuse and take necessary actions.
- Detect and address any trading abuses, such as arbitrage.
-Assess and monitor performance in terms of rebates and trading behavior.
-Ensure all trading activities comply with financial regulations and update risk policies.
-Lead and develop a team of risk analysts and traders.
-Generate and review daily reports on trading activities and risk exposures.
-Monitor product specifications and report net profit per trade and client.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA, FRM, or PRM are highly desirable.
• At least 10 to 12 years of experience in risk management within financial services, specifically in CFDs and Forex trading.
• Deep understanding of trading revenues.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and risk management software.
• Experience using MetaTrader 4/5, C-Trader.
• Experience in all types of CFDs products, Options, ETFs, NTF Stocks, Equities.
• High level of communication with liquidity providers and counterparties with proven negotiation skills.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills to manage complex data and forecasting.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing global trading positions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
