Role Overview:
DUCAT Maritime seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Operator / Claims Handler to support both its operations and legal departments. This role provides a dynamic combination of daily voyage management and hands-on claims handling, ideal for individuals looking to immerse themselves in both logistical operations and legal aspects of maritime trade. While previous experience in shipping or claims handling is advantageous, DUCAT welcomes exceptional candidates with a sharp eye for detail and a strong desire to learn. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Job Requirements:

• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage documentation, track shipments, and process claims with precision.

• Preferred: Prior experience in maritime shipping operations or claims handling is beneficial. Legal knowledge is advantageous, though not required, as full training will be provided.
