Job description

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead and grow our commercial operations.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth for our import and distribution business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy and targets

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the national sales team

  • Identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets

  • Establish strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

  • Collaborate with the Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to align commercial goals

  • Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in import/distribution

  • Proven track record in achieving sales growth and leading high-performing teams

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

  • Fluency in Greek and English

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
