Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns on multiple platforms and multiple mediums to attract real estate buyers both from the local Cyprus market, as well as other international markets.
  2. Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
  3. Managing and optimizing the company’s social media presence
  4. Preparing reports on campaign performance
  5. Preparing content for the website and for social media platforms to drive engagement.
  6. Development of unique branding for the company’s existing and future projects.

Job requirements

  1. 5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position with prior experience in marketing real estate projects.
  2. Experience with marketing using all major international digital marketing platforms including Facebook, Google Ads and Instagram. Should also be experienced with Digital Marketplace listings applicable to different markets. Experience with other niche digital platforms and/or regional platforms will be considered a major plus.
  3. The applicant will be required to summarize and present their initial 6-month marketing plan and approach as part of the interview process.
  4. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  5. Working proficiency in the English and Greek languages
  6. Prior experience with successfully promoting real estate via digital channels.
  7. In-depth experience and knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics. Experience and knowledge of digital platforms used in specific markets abroad which are ideal for the promotion of real estate will be considered a major plus.
  8. Highly creative with a desire to innovate better ways to promote.
  9. Excellent organization and communication skills
Additional qualifications: 
  1. Proficiency in languages used in other markets from which customers can be attracted will be considered a major plus. Alternatively, insights in cultural factors affecting campaigns in different markets.
  2. Prior experience and insights with promoting real estate in specific countries in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
  3. Proficient with graphic design tools and ability to create own campaign materials. Provide examples of such prior work.
