Job description

Our client, a boutique corporate services provider with more than 25 years experience in the industry, is looking to hire a motivated Corporate Administrator in Limassol.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Incorporation of Cyprus Companies

2. Preparation of Applications to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (HE2, HE4, HE57 etc)
3. Preparation and submission of annual returns (HE32)
4. Communication with the Registrar of Companies
5. Execution of agreements by the directors of the Companies
6. Preparation and execution of various documents including resolutions, minutes, instruments of transfer, share certificates, certificate of incumbency, power of attorney, deed of trust etc
7. Communication with agents for incorporation of companies in various jurisdictions
8. Ensure proper record keeping of all corporate and KYC documentation
9. Preparation of various documents for certification, legalization and apostille
10. Daily Communication with clients
11. Liaising with lawyers, accountants and bank institutions

Job requirements

Qualifications required:
1. 2+ years’ experience in a similar position in Cyprus
2. Proficient in both Greek and English
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills
4. Effective team worker
5. Knowledge of KYC and DD requirements
