Construction Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Construction Manager for full-time employment at their Head Offices in Limassol

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all construction projects (residential, commercial, etc.)

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to ensure seamless project execution

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and QA/QC standards

• Participate in construction planning and project preparation

• Support the technical design process in coordination with the Design & Engineering Team

• Identify and resolve technical issues or site deviations

• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular progress reports for upper management

• Communicate with external partners, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Assist the Development Team with technical evaluations of new projects

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction sector, including leadership roles on multiple concurrent projects

• Experience across both residential and commercial developments

• Strong planning, organizational, and team leadership skills

• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera

• Solid knowledge of construction regulations and legal compliance

• Proactive, dynamic personality with excellent decision-making under pressure

• Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Russian is an asset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
