Job description
Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver strategic and operative leadership for the Sales, Marketing, PR and Customer Success team in pursuit of the company’s overall business goals.
Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the company
Develop and manage sales & marketing operating budgets and sales strategies across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth
Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated targets and budgets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
Work with partners to identify opportunities, design product and architecture, & manage the implementation process
Developing and executing the department's marketing and sales strategy. Including the Go-To-Market approach.
Collaborate with product development teams to design and refine product and service offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.
Ensure all sales, marketing, and PR activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while developing and implementing customer success strategies to maximize retention and lifetime value.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales, marketing, and business development activities to the board of directors and executive office.
Contribute to the development of the company’s overall strategic plan and business objectives, and lead the execution of strategic initiatives to achieve long-term growth and profitability.
Job requirements
10+ years’ experience in revenue generation, sales, business development, and strategic management within the financial sector.
5 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
Relevant and applicable HR certifications such SPHRi, CIPD, etc. highly desirable.
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices as well as labor legislation and regulations.
