Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic and operative leadership for the Sales, Marketing, PR and Customer Success team in pursuit of the company’s overall business goals. 

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the company

  • Develop and manage sales & marketing operating budgets and sales strategies across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth

  • Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated targets and budgets.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.

  • Work with partners to identify opportunities, design product and architecture, & manage the implementation process

  • Developing and executing the department's marketing and sales strategy. Including the Go-To-Market approach.

  • Collaborate with product development teams to design and refine product and service offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.

  • Ensure all sales, marketing, and PR activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while developing and implementing customer success strategies to maximize retention and lifetime value.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales, marketing, and business development activities to the board of directors and executive office.

  • Contribute to the development of the company’s overall strategic plan and business objectives, and lead the execution of strategic initiatives to achieve long-term growth and profitability.

Job requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in revenue generation, sales, business development, and strategic management within the financial sector.

  • 5 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience.

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

  • Relevant and applicable HR certifications such SPHRi, CIPD, etc. highly desirable.

  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices as well as labor legislation and regulations.
