Job description
A fast-growing and award-winning Multi-Asset CFD Broker is seeking to hire a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Funding Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be part of a supportive, multicultural environment focused on professionalism, growth, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Assist with client withdrawals based on internal thresholds and company policies.
Monitor and process deposit failures, resolving any PSP (Payment Service Provider) errors.
Process payments through banking systems and ensure all Payment Gateways function properly.
Follow up on client funding requests in line with company procedures.
Support the Head of Department in overseeing, checking, and executing client deposits within relevant systems and platforms.
Assist in the reconciliation of payment transactions.
Support the effective implementation of Know Your Client (KYC) procedures.
Help collect information for regulatory reports related to the payments department.
Respond to internal and external queries professionally and promptly.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures, systems, and internal controls.
Maintain clear communication with other departments to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
University degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal (additional languages are an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
