Client Funding Officer

A fast-growing and award-winning Multi-Asset CFD Broker is seeking to hire a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Funding Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be part of a supportive, multicultural environment focused on professionalism, growth, and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with client withdrawals based on internal thresholds and company policies.

• Monitor and process deposit failures, resolving any PSP (Payment Service Provider) errors.

• Process payments through banking systems and ensure all Payment Gateways function properly.

• Follow up on client funding requests in line with company procedures.

• Support the Head of Department in overseeing, checking, and executing client deposits within relevant systems and platforms.

• Assist in the reconciliation of payment transactions.

• Support the effective implementation of Know Your Client (KYC) procedures.

• Help collect information for regulatory reports related to the payments department.

• Respond to internal and external queries professionally and promptly.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures, systems, and internal controls.

• Maintain clear communication with other departments to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

• University degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal (additional languages are an advantage).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
