Business Development Officer

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Officer on behalf of our client to further develop their fast-growing network of business around Cyprus and reach the next level!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify high-quality properties from various sources (landlords, developers, estate agencies)
• Expand the property portfolio through networking, cold calling, and email campaigns
• Present the company's value proposition and advantages to potential clients
• Establish B2B relationships with real estate developers and funds
• Handle leads and negotiate pricing with landlords and estate agents
• Manage contract administration and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new properties
• Maintain communication with landlords and manage legal proceedings as necessary
• Share your knowledge and experience with the team

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 - 3 years industry related business development experience preferably in real estate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Existing network of landlords, developers and estate agents in Paphos or Larnaca is a plus
