Job description

  • Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop and manage key client relationships amongst others.
  • Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations
  • Maintain a strong development pipeline according to targets/strategy to be implemented.
  • Using existing relationships with clients to generate new business.
  • Keep up to date with the financial markets in a daily basis.
  • Follow internal regulations and procedures.
  • Complete required training and development objective within the assigned time frame.
  • Provide progress feedback to the management.

Job requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role in the FX industry.
  • A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals (own portfolio will be considered an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
  • Solid experience with MT4/MT5 platform.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • CySEC Advanced certification will be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business.
  • Excellent use (oral and writing) of English and Spanish or Portuguese language.
