Job description
We're excited to announce an opening for the position of Business Development Manager. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to drive our business growth and forge strategic partnerships on behalf of our clients a real estate company based in Limassol.
As a Business Development Manager at Square One, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, developing relationships, and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategies to promote the company’s services and differentiate us from competitors.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and potential growth areas.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that terms and contracts align with company objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Fluent in Hebrew and/or Russian will be considered as an advantage.
Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in real estate or investment industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship building skills.
Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
