Job description

Responsibilities:

·       Preparation of customer offers

·       Constant communication with the head of the department

·       Provide assistance to the head of the department

·       Administrative tasks and coordination of office tasks

·       Back-office assistant, daily office operations

·       Customer communications (direct calls and customers to the departments based on the requests)

·       Daily office operations

·       Learn and be able to unitize the company’s internal software systems

·       Learn company’s products and services preparation of offers to clients with the head of the department

·       Good computer skills such Microsoft office tools.

·       Good communication skills, client orientated individual

·       Good critical thinking and decision making

·       Good planning and organizational skills
