Job description
Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance to manage and lead the finance team effectively.
Supervise and monitor day-to-day work deliverables to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant standards.
Oversee and support team members in their tasks while providing mentorship and performance feedback.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, maintaining strong professional relationships and delivering high-quality financial services.
Perform complex accounting tasks, including reconciliations and consolidations.
Provide financial advisory support on business transactions.
Assist in the implementation and adoption of new accounting software, ensuring smooth transition and staff training.
Support continuous improvement of finance processes and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
Job requirements
Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Partly or newly ACCA/ACA qualified will be consider as advantage
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the accounting services industry
Fluent business level Greek and English
Customer service orientation
Verbal and written communication skills
Initiative and reliability
Team player and interpersonal skills
Time management and organization skills
