Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Support buyers in managing daily administrative tasks.
Handle stock transfers, movements, and store requests efficiently.
Maintain and update crucial files, reports, and documentation related to stock and sales.
Liaise with logistics to ensure smooth delivery and distribution of products.
Coordinate with the finance team to manage purchase orders, invoices, and budgets.
Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies.
Job requirements
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Experience in stock management, logistics, or merchandising support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus.
