Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support buyers in managing daily administrative tasks.

  • Handle stock transfers, movements, and store requests efficiently.

  • Maintain and update crucial files, reports, and documentation related to stock and sales.

  • Liaise with logistics to ensure smooth delivery and distribution of products.

  • Coordinate with the finance team to manage purchase orders, invoices, and budgets.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies.

Job requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • Experience in stock management, logistics, or merchandising support.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

  • Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus.
