Job description

  • Record book – keeping transactions and maintain accurate accounting records for the Group’s client Portfolio Companies (local and international companies).
  • Analyze and reconcile general ledger and end-of-period close activities.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring they meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • Assist in the audit process by providing various reports and supporting documents as required by auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT/Tax and prepare/review VAT returns and tax forms.
  • Collaborate with other departments/team members to ensure Companies’ documents are complete and updated.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience working as an Accountant.
  • Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software’s and MS office.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to communicate effective and collaborate with team members across departments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Greek.
